Since 1986 the firm has grown steadily, and in the year 2000 Dr.-Ing.
Christian Heusch entered the firm and assumed responsibility as managing
director, bringing to it a new orientation and intensification in the fields of soft-
ware protection, telecommunication, computer and semiconductor technology.
In addition, the international licensing business continued to expand.

In the year 2001 OK pat AG was able to recruit Dr. sc. nat. ETH Theodor Müller
as manager of the newly founded branch office in Sargans and has thus expan-
ded its range of services in the biological, microbiological and chemical field.
His qualification as WIPO Mediator establishes contemporary opportunities for
the out-of court settlement of disputes in the field of patent protection.

For many years, OK pat AG has worked closely with Dr. iur. August Rosenkranz,
attorney at law, who now is the head of the Trademark and Legal Department.

OK pat AG has its head offices in Zug, near Zurich operates a branch office in
Sargans, Switzerland. Since the year 2005 the firm is also present in Munich,
Germany, so that procedures before the European Patent Office can be handled
even more directly and efficiently. In its international activities, OK pat AG can
rely on a worldwide network with attorneys and law firms in more than 50
countries, where the U.S.A and Japan are to be mentioned as special fields of attention.
